Breakfast was good, food was hot and delicious, a good choice of food was available. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

The staff there are very warm welcoming and very nice, helpful and courteous. rooms are very clean and comfortable. highly recommended. it's in close distance of the city's railway station with a walking street nearby with local coffee shops and general stores. the coffee shop brews a selection coffee beans in the morning was a nice choice.

No elevator, not mentioned anywhere, old tv, only Thai, location is out of the way in a Thai neighbourhood, Great if you like barking dogs, male receptionist unhelpful, female receptionist very helpful

The breakfast was great if you're Thai, but a more western option would be good The bed was big and comfortable.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They spent lots of time with us to really help with our needs. They hand drew us maps, they helped us install apps on our phone so we could book our own transport. They helped us navigate apps to order meals to be delivered to the hotel. They supported our dietary requirements at breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and staff even gave us lovely treats! Staff built relationships with their guests. I have never seen more amazing customer service. The rooms are VERY spacious with lots of places to spread your belongings out. The bathrooms also have plenty of room. There is a convenience shop across the road. It is a short drive/walk to the main street where there is local Thai food or a short taxi to an air-conditioned restaurant offering Thai food. The big Lotus shop is only a short taxi ride away.

From the Check In till the Check out everything was great in this hotel. Spacious rooms, with good comfortable beds. Room and bathroom are clean so are the bedsheets. Good working WiFi, fridge and Air Conditioning. Staff is very friendly and helpful and English is spoken at the reception. Quiet neighbourhood and a lot of parking space if you are driving a car.

Everything. The customer service was excellent. Some of the staff spoke and understood english more than others but they all did what they could to help us. They arranged our taxi for the next day, ordered and delivered our dinner, carried our luggage upstairs, found tools to repair a suitcase, brought up more water, organized our (complementary) breakfasts in takeaway because we were leaving at 6:30am (motel resturant opens at 7am) The rooms are very clean and the linen smells delicious - although the smell on the pillowcase became a bit overwhelming after a few minutes of breathing it in at close proximity. Shower and toilet are very clean.

The rooms are spotless, very quiet and bright (a lot of daylight). The staff were friendly and helped me charter a taxi for the next day to visit nearby places (they went through quite some trouble calling several services, translating and explaining). Finally, I‘ve had a wonderful half-day trip to the Mekong and Mun river.

The gardens are amazing and spotlessly clean. Shops are in walking distance if you need anything. Staff are a credit to Hotel, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
