The staff and the location were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive and communication was easy through Google translate. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony (no view). The location is great and in the heart of the city. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has unlimited coffee, tea and ovaltine and access to the common kitchen.

“great place to explore what seems one of the main parts of Ubon Ratchathani”
friendly staff that are very helpful. nice room that felt very homely and also modern. close by within walking distance is a mall that has a waterpark, gym and a spa. also nearby are more big name hypermarkets, food markets and Bazaars. all along what seems to be the main road through the city that connects everything.
