I was looking for somewhere to stay in Ubon for 1 night, i booked the Bordin last minute because it was close to where i was. I ended up with a very clean room and modern bathroom with very friendly staff

This hotel is amazing value. The cleanliness is surgical - you could safely operate there. The room was big and spotless and nicely furnished. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful too. Some reviewers have commented that it is bit old. I think it was probably once an office block which is why the corridors are not hotel-like. Who cares, you don't sleep in the corridor! The rooms have been beautifully renovated. It may not be a 5* hotel yet the service and cleanliness definitely are! In terms of value for money, this hotel is right at the top (we're 3 months on the SE Asia road and this hotel is the best value we've found so far) This is a great location, close to the big park if need a walk or jog. There's a really good mostly Japanese restaurant 200m away and it it superb, called Yujou Izakaya ubon. There's also a cafe and restaurant attached to the YU YU hotel. The restaurant was too cold (was there in January, it was cold outside at night, no A/C needed!) and they had awful live music - good musicians going through the MOR motions. However, you can order food and have it served in the adjacent café which is a beautiful spot for a meal or a tea/coffee.

Everything, very nice and helpful staff, great and clean bedroom, modern building and installation. There’s a restaurant in the lobby which was nice because we arrived from the airport in the evening and were quite tired.

This was a day use while we waited for a train. Big room, good shower. Reception lady was lovely and spoke really good English.

the staff were very helpful and friendly also there was a restaurant next door called impression sunrise that is a must what a beautiful restaurant and the staff are so helpful the prices are reasonable ubon was a nice place to visit especially if it's a couple not so much for a Solo Traveler
