The hostel is a really lovely and cosy place. Run by three sisters who are really friendly and helpful, it feels like stepping into a relatives place. The room is spacious with AC and shared bathroom. The location is superb. Opposite a food market, next to the river and in the old town. We had a very relaxing and restful time here. Super place!

It felt more like a Homestay. The host was lovely (despite her minimal English) - the kids felt like she was a crazy grandmother! Nice chilled place. River walk and an evening (possibly a, weekend only?) market about a minute walk to the left. Morning market right opposite. Night Market, go right, up the hill about 10 minute walk. Not a touristy area - this is their life. 10 minute drive to train station to go to Bangkok.

The feeling of staying at a grandma's house transcends all cultures. Really cozy hostel, run by a friendly older lady. She has a really cute little dog. The dorms and bathrooms are clean and the latter has warm water. I just stayed for one night on my way to BKK but I would have extended if I could!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect to discover this part of Ubon : morning market, street art, wat, night market, park, ... We stayed on the last floor, so we could enjoy the big and nice rooftop and the view on the river. Vanida speaks good English and she replied to all our needs or questions.

Great Hostel in a beautiful house. It's very clean, the rooms are big and comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and practical with plenty of shower gels. Great view on the river. It's opposite Talad Yai market which is open from 6:00am to 1:00pm and where you can buy fruits etc...and also eat. It's also very near the night market where you can eat very good and cheap food. The lady who owns and runs the Hostel is wonderful: friendly, helpful, welcoming and very nice. She speaks very good english and will do anything to make you happy. I will absolutely recommend this Hostel. Thank you for everything.

“Nice building, nice owner”
The friendly owner had a twinkle in her eye and spoke good English and like the grandma you wish you had! The place was easy to find. It's a cool old building with lots of character. It's not exactly in the thick of the action but only 15 minutes walk to the night market and some places to eat and a nice cafe in the neighbourhood. There's a communal water heater for drinks and a nice patio area you can usually find somebody hanging around to talk to. She has lots of useful maps and info about the area so much so that I realised I need to come back one day!

We had a great stay at this guesthouse in Ubon Ratchathani. It’s run by two sisters who are incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us excellent local tips that really improved our visit and helped us discover places we wouldn’t have found on our own. We also rented a scooter directly from them, which was very convenient and made it easy to explore the area. There’s a nice local market right in front of the guesthouse, which adds to the authentic experience and is perfect for food and small shopping. If you’re looking for a friendly, well-located place with personal hospitality, this is a great choice. We felt very welcome here and would happily stay again.

Great location Mekong river across the road , food market opposite the property and night markets short walking distance. The young lady that runs the hostel is friendly and fluent in English and knows every inch of Ubon Ratchathani and helps you with your next destination, will definitely stay here again

“Nice hostel in old town.”
Great location. - Located in old town, where you can walk to the morning market right in front of the hostel, the night walking street along the river (only weekend...I think), the night market (Thung Sri Mueang), Thung Sri Mueang Public Park, the National Museum Ubon Ratchathani branch, many temples and restaurants nearby. Staff - the owner hospitality.

“Old world charm with delightful owners.”
Juanita runs a lovely little hostel. I booked one night but ended up staying three. I’ve been travelling for a month or so mainly staying in Hotels so it was a joy to stay in a hostel. I got to talk to other travellers and felt really at home staying in this lovely little place. It’s old-fashioned but everything works. One of the rooms faces a market which is noisy from around four in the morning so if you are a light sleeper, I suggest requesting not to have that room. Everywhere else there seems nice and quiet. I hired a motorbike from Juanita and she also kindly lent it to me to move my bags to a hotel near the station today. The experience reminded me of my days travelling in the late 1980s and 1990’s and brought back many happy memories.

The hostel is hosted by a lovely and friendly family. The rooftop rooms are nice, and the location is great—right next to the river where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, especially on weekends when the walking street market is nearby. I recommend this hostel for anyone traveling through or staying in Ubon Ratchathani.

Very nice house. Good room. Clean. Nice views on the river. Good location: opposite Talad Yai market where you can eat until 1pm. In the evening, very near, there is a good food market. The lady who runs the place is very nice and welcoming. She has good information regarding buses. Ubon Ratchatani is a nice city. It's friendly and laid back.

“A warm welcome and a perfect location 💜”
The guesthouse is in a really great location. Opposite the morning market and 3 minutes from the night market. It's quiet and relaxing. The manager is absolutely lovely and speaks English. You really feel like you're in a home with its atmosphere and memories. I recommend it. Make sure you have cash, as credit cards are not accepted.
