Überlingen Town Centre is 2 km away. Guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. “Very nice!”
The location is perfect, close to the water and the view is nice from the balcony. It is just outside of Überlingen, so it is more quiet but still easy to go to the center. The breakfast is really nice. We will come back again!

Cozy small hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious enough. Room service cleaned our room on a daily basis. Good breakfast but not that many options. Appreciated the ability to ask for fresh egg dishes to be made upon arrival. Convenient on site parking (despite not having that many places). Hotel position is close to the lake, in a residential area. Quiet and clean location. Close proximity to bus / train station. Kaufland was just 10 minutes away. Ferry to Mainau island was also very close to the hotel (5 minutes away, tickets sold onboard).

We booked 2 rooms with lakeview, and expected to have a nice and quiet stay. Instead, right under our balconies a festivity was happening that weekend, because of which we couldn’t sleep, with the loud music going on all night for the whole weekend. When I confronted the receptionist on why we weren’t told beforehand about the festivity, she said we should’ve checked on the community’s website. Who thinks of checking the community’s website beforehand?! Only if you are super familiar with the place and not a forrigner, perhaps, you’ll check the community website (which is only in German). It was very disrespectful not to let us know this, when we paid extra for the lake view.. and apperantly we ended up paying extra for the noise. No compensation was offered and not even an apology. I don’t recommend this place. Very expensive with poor service and disrespectful staff.

Great location. Very modern and clean apartment with a nice bathroom. A little park with a view of the lake is right next to the hotel. Easy to reach by car and by bus and train, which are free with the Bodensee card you receive via the hotel.

“Perfect little place for a short break on the lake!”
What a gem of a hotel! Such a lovely big room for three with a large balcony and views of the lake. Hotel has private beach access and offers parking for free. The breakfast was good, standard continental choice. Bus links very local and easy to use and the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend!

“Lakeside Beauty”
Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was quite modern and comfortable. The balcony had a lake view, which we really enjoyed as well as a sun umbrella and drying rack for our wet swimsuits. The breakfast was generous and we sat outside on the terrace enjoying more lakeside time. Parking was easy and convenient.
