“Bad”
I turned up at 5pm and there was no one at the front desk. I phoned the number left and no one came . Eventually a woman came who didn’t speak German or English and when I checked in I wasn’t given the Guest card which gives you free transport. Then next morning I tried to find a staff member: none. Finally someone turned up and couldn’t speak German so couldn’t help get the guest pass. Absolutely bad service - or no service. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Great location right in the old town. Rooms are large and clean. There is a lot going on in Überlingen during the Christmas season (Christmas market, ice skating rink). The Bodenseetherme can also be reached on foot.
