Excellent location in the heart of the town, absolutely clear guidance from the host... he explained in detail how to find the property, where to park the car to easy unload our luggage, how to enter the property with the code etc. He also provided clear information on how to get to the garage. Regarding the property we were placed on the top floor, attic. Well equipped apartment, clean, modern, the interesting thing is that the lift was coming directly into the apartment (there is a separate key for it) - for the floors below, the lift was normally stopping in the corridor. From the apartment there is a wonderful view on the roofs in the downtown Ubeda.

Apartment located in the heart of the city with free parking right next door. Once parked, everything is easily accessible on foot. Spacious apartment with multiple bedrooms and a large living room.

“Great location in center of Úbeda”

The location is ideal for being close to the lovely plazas, sites and restaurants in Úbeda. It is quite quiet at night with well insulated windows and the interior courtyard that one of the bedrooms faces. We stayed in the first floor (second if you're North American) and the elevator was handy when we checked in carrying luggage. Safe free parking close by in a lot at Plaza Santa Clara. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a will equipped kitchen, large table and comfortable sofa. The laundry room is off to the side of the balcony bedroom, easy to use and hang clothes out to dry - essential for people like us who travel light. There is a Dulce gusto coffee machine, and the TV will connect to Netflix/Amazon firestick, etc. . All bedrooms are spacious with lots of hanging and storage space. The A/C and hearing both with well and there are several units which was great. Tip: be prepared with your own laundry soap and coffee pods.
