“The hotel needs better processes for confirming room are cleaned and ready.”
I was provided a room at check in on the 6th floor, when I entered the room it was obvious it had not been cleaned from the previous nights occupant. I’ll called reception, was put on hold for 5 minutes and when I explained the issue was told to return to reception to collect a key for a room that had been cleaned.

room was odd, the door has a gap in it that a lot of the hall light would come in when it was shut, it needs to be adjusted, that is room 417 clean as much as any other hotel location was perfect for our visit

Better than property I checked out of. Churchill -it was bad 2. Breakfast manager is a cheerful guy - good way to start the day
