The hotel was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. The location was close to everything we had planned for the kiddos. We will definitely be booking again!

“Pleasant, relaxing time!”
Nice staff, clean facilities! Parking was very easy. Convenient location to many food and shopping areas! Breakfast was good, had many options.

“I was denied my room following my successful online reservation and functional bank card.”
The management approved my credit card online in reserving a room for the night, after an exceptionally fatiguing day where I was looking forward to crashing hard. And upon arrival/check-in, my working bank card was denied. I had to sleep in my vehicle before an important meeting early Wednesday morning. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep at all. And I was not 100%, which was noticed and in my opinion appearances can make or break a business deal. After leaving the Marriott parking lot I stopped at a convenient store for purposes of discovering whether or not my bank card was viable and working or not. Thank goodness my card worked as I had to fill my vehicle’s gasoline tank for my return trip on Wednesday. I’m not one to complain, however the experience was entirely unanticipated and my discomfort was unnecessary. I am extremely disappointed. Mark Andrew LeNoir
