Everything appeared tidy and thoughtfully set up. The room was cozy with soothing lighting. Staff responded quickly to questions. The stay was genuinely enjoyable.

Easy availability of essentials added value to the stay. The room maintained a neat environment. Lights had a warm and soothing tone. Staff worked with a friendly approach.

The bed was really comfortable, the room’s soft lighting set the right mood for a restful sleep, and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

A decent enough place to spend the night. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Good Bed. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to gasstations, restaurants and a couple bars. Rather convenient to I-20. I would come back, without hesitation.

The owner and his wife are amazing people. Very courteous, warm, friendly, professional, and accommodating to the needs of their customers. The room was great and the hotel is conveniently located in Tyler as well.

I didn’t like it, there was noise from the road, when extending for the second night, the manager said that the reservation did not confirm check-in, they returned 1 dollar for cancellation. terrible hotel, avoid

No breakfaat as described. I was told to go to Dennys or McDonald's. Lobby was locked down like Covid.

The outside of the hotel room smelled like marijuana and the inside smells like Raid the roach spray. The walls and carpet along with the bathroom where filthy and so was the old furniture . Power sockets where open and exposed. They didn’t have any toiletries also they don’t have a fridge or microwave. This is a hotel for transients and drug addicts also ran by drug addicts who try to charge you extra deposits in cash so they can claim something is wrong with your room and keep your money.

The floor was gross you could see the dust on the carpet and the bathroom had hair on the walls and tub the poor lady at the front desk seemed worried at first when I told her everything and when she checked she felt bad but didn't do anything about it but give us the deposit back

That was one of the problems. There was no breakfast. I asked for a king room with double bed. There was no such room. My room they gave me did not lock. My husband went out and just opened the door up when he came back in with no key.
