“Good value for money”
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and copious. It had eggs, buns, bread, yogurt and cereals.

There were dead bugs on the floor in a few places. The floors seem to have never been mopped; I spilled something and wiped it up with a wet wipe and the wipe was black. The spot on the floor was visibly less dirty than the rest of the floor. The sink almost didn't drain. The tub didn't have a plug so I couldn't bathe my toddler. The refrigerator was not working, but it was plugged in.

It’s really bad when you ask for a broom and mop and they couldn’t supply us with one. Shouldn’t have to clean my own room when I’ve paid money for the room. Went to dollar general and purchased a mop, broom and bleach to clean our room so that we could feel some what comfortable.

The staff made everything great. From the moment we walked in til checkout, from janitor to manager….everyone was kind, engaging, and helpful. The pictures are deceiving online when you aren’t one to read fine print so it was a struggle that we were on the 2nd floor and it was a motel instead of a hotel and us old people had to hike the stairs instead of an elevator and the pool was a big part of our vacation plans and we were told upon check in that it was unavailable. But everyone was so great…how can you get upset by things beyond control? The room was clean and smelled very nice, plenty of towels and toiletries and since there was no smart tv….we talked more. Vacation is what YOU make it. We decided we were going to enjoy ourselves and the staff saw that we did. The breakfasts were very detailed and had a great variety. Did I mention how good the staff was? (Smile) We are blessed. Thanks LaQuinta
