Self-service reception had failed to generate an invoice for my company. I have written 5x in 2 weeks to get the invoice (mails, booking chat, booking form) with no result. Annoying!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect, the room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can really tell they care about making guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

“High quality but good value”
The hotel, a small block set among larger concrete buildings, does not look promising. The electronic check in felt a bit 'Ibis Budget', but from the moment I went upstairs, it was an entirely different world. The building was spotless. The room was immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, with a comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, and characteristic Polish attention to detail. Breakfast, served in the cafe downstairs, was one of the best I've had in Poland. In fact the hotel was one of the best I stayed at on a month long tour of Europe. I would certainly stay here again.
