Overview
Hotel Tychy is housed in a modern building, in the very centre of Tychy. It offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and free WiFi access. “False advertising”
My room was nothing like the room in the advert, it was is building site....the hotel said I had been booked for the cheapest room but the images were from the more expensive on. That is false advertising and I want to make sure you stop doing it. I got an upgrade as the ad in mind didn't work and the hotel were great and even showed me your booking for the basic room. Sort this out of my teams will stop using you and you know UK aid teams book a lot through your site.

“Very kind and attentive staff”
We only stayed for one night but one point stood out which deserves mention. We were at the breakfast table and our 12yo said to us there was no yoghurt with the flavour she liked available any more. The catering staff overheard this and came over with some other yoghurt sorts (one of which was the right one). They did not have to do this but it showed us how attentive and kind the staff were and we very much appreciate it. As an aside, we chose Tychy for a 1-night stay because we were traveling from Germany to the Energylandia adventure park in souther Poland, and Tychy is a good option to stay because it is easier to get out of in the morning than Katowice and still close enough to Energylandia.

“Great for a couple of nights stay.”
The hotel was really good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, great staff very helpful, the only problem was the call buttons for the lifts only worked on some floors, so you had to go down the stairs 1 floor to get the lift.
