“Disappointing”

Maria at front desk was extremely helpful in helping us find our way to the hotel when we rang her stranded, and a lady was very empathetic in agreeing to our request for a move to a different room for day 2 of our stay. Room 216 on the upper floor was so..... much better than the awful 104 we were first allocated - you could actually open the curtains and see something, and we were free of noisy neighbours. The banana muffins were nice!. There is a good grocery store 1 minute down the road.

Room was comfortable and a reasonable size. Very handy for the Joshua Tree Park and a large grocery store a couple of blocks east.

“Very enjoyable stay”

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The lady at the reception was really lovely and greeted us with a huge smile. There is a large parking around the hotel and the hotel is located in the middle of the desert mountains so quite a nice view outside. The breakfast was included and it was pretty decent. There is a great BBQ restaurant only a few minutes drive from the hotel (Rib & Co) and we have had the best ribs in our life at that place! Overall, very enjoyable experience

“Insect problem and no booking customer support”

We had a roach problem in our room, entering in the evening the whole room was invaded. Of course we went to the front desk, and got a new room. But the new room was of a cheaper category. So we spend for two nights the money for a more expensive room and got the cheapest category.... grand. On that note we could not reach the booking.com customer service anywhere to help us here. So this is a big fat minus to booking.com as well... :(
