The location is good, really close to the point where the shuttle bus pick up the passengers to the P2 parking. Bathroom and shower are inside the room so it's really convenient. The recommended resturant is also acceptable and food is good there, you also get 10% discount for the food.

Fantastic hostel with free access to the Tyssedal Hotel’s sauna and jacuzzi. The bus stop for the Trolltunga hike is literally a minute walk away. The kitchen was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and prepare lunches for the hike. The dorms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was cleaned daily. Highly recommend!

Location and it is super clean

I had the best sleep here. Bunk beds are comfortable and people go to sleep early, because they either got tired of hiking or they are preparing for hiking next day. The staff is also very kind and helpful. There's a store like 5 minutes walk next to the bus stop from where you can take a bus to get to the starting point for the Trolltunga hike. Very convenient location. People come here for their dream hike. So, they are in an elevated mood.

Perfect location if you are going to Trolltunga. Tyssedal is a small town so there is not much to do. This is the best option to spend the night before going to Trolltunga.

Amazing view! Staff were able to answer all my questions about Trolltunga. At the time of stay the sister hotel was offering free sauna and jacuzzi visit which was awesome

Absolute gorgeous views! Nice rooms with clean bathroom and even a balcony. Also a large kitchen and another room to hang out.

Property is really affordable for the price . It has a seperate kitchen with all the equipments. Seperate laundry , Nice TV room . Even it has a little grocery place in a reception . I would love to go there again

Really clean, friendly staff, free parking and e-charging facilities. Perfectly located for the Trolltunga hike and 5 mins driving from Odda. Bedding and linens great (pillow included). Kitchen very well equiped, including fridge with clear spaces for each bedroom and bed number. There is a nice tv room to relax and watch a movie after an 8 hr hike.

“Nice”

This hostel was a quiet stop for those doing the Trolltunga hike. There is nothing else to do in the town and just a small grocery store and expensive restaurant. It is a steep walk up from the bus stop. The bathroom/toilet is within the room which is fine but also means waiting for 8 people to use it individually. The views were lovely. The kitchen was clean and well stocked.

The location is just right for starting your Trolltunga trip in the morning. The place has a TV-room where you can relax if you need some time on your own. The spaces are clean and the staff are very kind and friendly.

Due to late booking the access codes to the hostel didn't arrive as expected. Booking com places a picture of a pdf from the hostel in the booking details in there own app. Characters in this picture are so small they were not readable. Booking com app doesn't allow for magnifying this picture. Fortunately hostel staff (only telephonically reachable) have send me the access codes directly too.

well organized cozy room and kitchen with nice view. very close to trolltunga bus shuttle and regular bus stop at tyssedal

It was clean and in a good location for the area. We kitchen was really nice and had everything we needed.

Close to P1, You can walk 200 meters to get to P1, and take the bus to P2 and P3
