“Good for the overnight while you are waiting for your connection in SAW if you travel by car.”
Good for the overnight while you are waiting for your connection in SAW, but we were there by car and cannot make a judgement if you can get and if it is save also to get there by public transport. Easy to find parking place next to the hotel, there were no sounds in the night even it is next to the port. Nice surprise was to find a distant sea view from the window (though also the roof of the small industrial buildings).

“A place where you feel home and safe!”
Most of all I liked the hotel personal, very kind, ready to help and there is always somebody who speaks English. I also liked the beautiful view from the balcony.

The whole area is a construction site, it's next to a factory, the access to the facility is one of the worst that I have seen, I presesented myself at the facility and ask for a refund, they were agree but after they denied.

“Total disappointment. Smoky and dirty rooms. Left time and money.”
It was a total disappointment. First, there is no info about smoking availability in the rooms on the hotel's page on Booking. So we expected that it's not allowed to smoke in the room like in other hotels. When we entered the room it felt like we'd entered the room where people smoked for weeks without opening windows. You definitely don't expect that feeling in the place where you're going to sleep. We asked for room replacement but with no success as there were no free similar or better rooms that day. So we left the hotel and moved to another place to have a chance to sleep in a fresh place. In addition - there is an enormous trailer park near the hotel so you may imagine what happening at this place. After that, we sent a message to a hotel via booking that was simply ignored.
