Location excellent. Good access to shops & restaurants. Loved the green space at the front of the hotel for relaxation. Staff very friendly & helpful.

“Stay away from this hotel! Very bad customer services!!!!”
I'm afraid there isn't anything positive I can point to about my stay. My experience was wholly negative and any potential positives were overshadowed by the overwhelming negatives. It's truly unfortunate, but I can't say I enjoyed any part of my time at this hotel.

“THAT WILL BE DEFINITELLY THE LAST TIME I WOULD EVER STAY THERE..”
The location was within walking distance from the beach. However, that area didn't really have a lot to offer and it's away from city center. So to avoid wasting so much time and money on transportation, choose a place near the center or which is at least in close proximity to attractions and places where you can do something as that area will be boring after one day.

“10 star rated.”
I'm from Malaysia.Our family was very happy when the hotel upgraded our room to a 5 star apartment. Apartment very clean,so bigger, beautiful view from the balcony towards the sea and city view. The hotel people were very helpful during our stay here, they helped us dry our clothes. Overall I give this hotel 10 stars. We hope to come again and stay at this hotel.

We had a misunderstanding with airport shuttle due to my phone not been connected to wi fi. We caught a taxi to the hotel but still paid the hotel for shuttle. The manager of the hotel then upgraded our room and provided extra bottled water to compensate which was a nice jesture. The room has a lovely view. We had a nice breakfast included. Staff in hotel and restaurant were friendly.
