We enjoyed our stay at Thermal-Badhotel Kirchler in Hintertux. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe, as well as both a shower and a bathtub. The balcony offered a beautiful mountain view. The highlight of the hotel was the new spa and pool area, which was modern, clean, and well designed, with a good selection of saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation spaces. We also enjoyed the food included in our stay, which was consistently delicious and offered good variety. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Wonderful stay with exceptional service. Despite arriving late after the restaurant had closed, the staff thoughtfully prepared food for me, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was excellent, but the outstanding hospitality of the staff truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay again.

The room was super spacious and very clean, we had booked a glacier view room and it did not disappoint. The staff were all wonderful, from housekeeping to reception to the restaurant, all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it's an easy walk to the gondola station and to the mini mart, there was the option to walk along the river which was beautiful and very scenic. They also provide bathrobes and beach towels with a bag if you wanted to use the facilities such as pool or sauna which was a really nice touch

The spa facilities are they only thing good about this hotel, I have stayed here for 8 years running before a change in management it is now run and staffed by non Austrians, the staff are rude, inefficient, especially the bar man and the waiting staff.

The location is great for Hintertux. The spa area is new. The pool however is somewhat cold, however compensated by the room temperature there. The food has a really good variety. The only point is bout the rooms - they are somewhat dated, however clean and spacious.

“Outstanding stay right by the Hintertux glacier”

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Hintertux. The location is perfect, right at the ski resort, with a ski bus that takes you to the glacier cable car within minutes. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of delicious options every day. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Parking was included right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The spa area was immaculate – saunas, pool, and steam room were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I would highly recommend and happily return to.
