We had a super stay. The house is incredible, beautiful grounds and great pool. Super friendly staff. Nice breakfast also. We wholeheartedly recommend this stay.

Lovely location and a beautiful house. The room was large and clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and very nice, with a good selection of homemade cakes. The pool was lovely and the fridge near it was handy to store drinks and food. Lots of good places to eat in nearby Tuscania.

The place is fantastic. It is a real villa in the middle of olive garden. It's an antique building though having all modern facilities. It has private parking, little park and swimming pool outside Nice people met us and make us feel at home. Breakfast is wonderful I'd say it's nice place for long staying for having calm and peaceful rest.

“Pretty place, good value for money”
Nice place, somewhat dated when it comes to decoration and renovation. Breakfast was small but tasty. Staff very nice and the garden very pretty.

“Traditional feeling rustic B&B”
Rustic, traditional style B&B. The couple managing the house were super friendly and helpful. Pleasant fountain and garden area and pool. The breakfast was reasonable. We didn't find a single mosquito in the room in 3 days.

“A guaranteed rest in a beautiful villa in the heart of Tuscany!”
The villa is splendid. The beautiful garden, the outdoor pool, the breakfast, the room, everything was absolutely perfect. It is a real haven of peace that invites to relax. The hosts are very attentive and make the stay unforgettable, while remaining discreet. We were able to park the car ( a must in the region) directly in the inner courtyard. A very relaxing and unforgettable stay. We will come back !
