A true hidden gem! The atmosphere here is so calm and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The service was excellent — warm and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The food was delicious and of very high quality, making every meal feel special.

“Peaceful Boutique Hotel in a gorgeous location.”

Very peaceful Boutique Hotel with a private beach. Staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. A generous Turkish breakfast. There is a restaurant next door which serves dinner on the pier at sunset which was a highlight.

“Paradise in Kumlubük”

The location is a little away from the hubub of the main town, a gorgeous place to stay, relax, and unwind on a crystal clear and quiet beach. Sun lounges with shade and a nice big pool area to enjoy as well. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Other resorts are within walking distance. I hope to come back.

“Good value for serenity and comfort”

Maris Butik Hotel in Kumlubük near Turunç is well worth the slow journey over the mountains. The rooms have balconies which overlook the sea and mountains. Sit on the adjacent beach or in the garden to watch the boats sail in and out of Marmaris. This small hotel gave us a warm welcome. Service was exceptional throughout our stay. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed, fridge and plenty of wardrobe space. The ensuite shower room was large and clean with acceptable toiletries. We were upgraded to a suite so their was also a lounge area and separate room with a bath. The restaurant served a limited but acceptable menu. Prices were reasonable especially given the isolation of this accommodation. Turkish breakfast was as expected and tasty. Both meals were taken on the terrace over looking the sea. Alcohol was served. The hotel is in Kumlubük, about 20 minutes from Turunç. The road over the mountains from Turunç is narrow and winding, then there is a short drive on dirt road to reach Maris Butik Hotel. No problem: just take your time. We coped in a 2-wheel drive car in the dark. Good value for excellent accommodation in a beautiful peaceful setting

“Perfect Stay by the Sea”

The hotel is truly beachfront, and its location is amazing. The bay it’s in is absolutely beautiful—you just can’t get enough of the view. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to thank the owner, Mr. Dursun, who is very attentive and involved in everything. Breakfast was more than enough and really tasty. There’s no parking issue, which made things even easier. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful… It’s a perfect place, especially for families with children. We were very happy with our stay and are already thinking about coming back.

“Amazing place to stay and eat delicious meat&fish”

I loved the hospitality of the personal and very delicious food in the restaurant. We were on 4 yachts aprox. 27 persons and asked to prepare dinner for us. The dinner was not only delicious but it was a super show)) My apartment was comfortable, clean and very nice for romantic stay. Stayed only one night but I was able to rest for next adventures.

Its location is hard to beat. The staff were all delightful. Very friendly & helpful and spoke god English. The food was good, especially the breakfast & fresh fish. My room was a fabulous size & clean & bright. It wasn’t overpriced.

Seaside location with a lot sunbeds. Best swimming ever, calm and warm seawather, no crowds. A large estate that needs some refurbishment, but the owner Mr Dunsun is very attentive and generous.Thank you!
