Very picturesque and in a great location. All good facilities available, Large rooms and quality beds with exceptional air conditioning.

Air condition was warm and could not be regulated. No restaurant, no dry cleaning delivery...no water in the room not even a complementary bottle.

The location

I had booked this stay in March 27th, for April 27th and I received a call on the 26th at 8:15pm from the front desk office and they told me I needed to bring $500 cash as a deposit when I check in the next day, she stressed that it had to be in cash and it would be incase I throw a party or smoke in the room or damage property. I'm a local, and I feel like I only got that call because of the phone number that they saw on the form and I feel like that is very unprofessional and they would not do it to a guest from overseas so I ultimately decided not to spend the night at the hotel, that was disgusting behaviour.

I loved the location. The view from the pool was amazing. Simone's resturant at the hotel has excellent service very polite and welcoming staff. Also the best Mjitos on the Island. Also must go to Omar's

Everything was clean and presentable! Very secure, cameras on the property as well as physical guard at night to include the locking of the drive-in gate and walk in gate which you get a code upon check in for your use. The staff will retrieve a taxi for any and all of your travels when needed. There are two places to eat attached to the Hotel, Simone's for lunch and dinner and Jammin' Gelato for breakfast and desserts. Entire staff was very friendly and professional!!!

Location to beach was great. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Grounds were clean.

Perfect stay in Turtle Cove area

I stayed one night before catching an early flight the next day. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. A few restaurants are in walking distance.

It’s very difficult to find a not-overpriced hotel on the Turks. This establishment comes with specious and clean rooms (including kitchen, so one has not to spend so much money in restaurants)… relatively close to a huge supermarket and very close to the (great) beach… you even can rent bikes nearby. I found the people in general not so welcoming and nice, and this property is no exception. Travelled around the would, the Turks are not worth the price.

It’s been a month since I stayed here and I still haven’t had my $200 security deposit refunded. Staff incredibly unhelpful when I call and just say it’s with their bank. Completely not acceptable, the first time I called they hadn’t even began processing the refund. Budget this into your costs as I doubt I’ll ever get it back!
