“Perfect with a little adjustment.”
This is almost perfect. The setting, the house, the walks and the peace and quiet are perfect. We took our Spaniel with us and he was welcome by the host (email, messaging). There were a couple of rules we had to ignore/adjust. Firstly, it says dogs should sleep in the laundry room. This was never going to happen. My dog sleeps on his own bed next the bed I’m sleeping in. He’d have been terrified if I’d shut him in a laundry room. The other rule I adjusted was; no dogs on the sofas. We brought clean, fresh blankets to cover their sofas and my dog shared them with us. Adjust the rules to suit you and this place is perfect for a quiet getaway.

“Romantic woodland chalet”
Lovely chalet style woodland cabin. Loads of space and really well equipped. Even includes washing machine and tumble dryer. Immaculately clean and obviously well looked after by previous guests. Great location for touring the area.

We had an amazing stay at Scotch Lodge with our two kids and a dog. Everything was perfect. The house is well-equipped with laundry and kitchen facilities. The atmosphere is peaceful and charming. We loved every moment.

“Cosy and comfy rural retreat.”
Rural location but just 3 miles from town. Spacious, open living/dining/kitchen room. Dog walks on the doorstep. Beaches and picturesque fishing villages a stones throw away.

Wonderfully peaceful location, even saw deer across the back garden when having my breakfast. Lovely and cosy when I got back from work, and dog friendly too. Very comfortable overall and a powerful shower.
