We loved the cozy cottage feel, but with everything you needed. The hosts were lovely and came to welcome us on arrival to ensure we had settled in, which was thoughtful. The double bed was super comfortable.

Location great. We did not use the hot tub, but I can see it is popular. The upstairs was nice. Nive touch with the welcome items - shortbread, crisps and teacakes

“Perfect getaway”

Perfect getaway to relax and unwind. Surrounded by countryside, the only noise coming from the sheep and cows it is so peaceful. The cottage is beautiful, with everything thing you could possibly need, the hot tub is an added bonus. This was my second time there, can't wait to book again.

Location was ideal, the cottage was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with appliances. Hot tub was excellent. Cottage is very remote, with only sheep and Highland Cows as neighbours

Remote setting, but facilities (food stores and shops) are within easy driving distance, very peaceful, good wood burner and wood provided, well stocked kitchen utensils and good kitchen appliances, free wifi although a little patchy on signal but should be expected being remote, having hot tub to use.

We love staying at Bramble Cottage, love the hot tub, highland cows , comfy beds to the remoteness and peacefullness … also the log burner, ideal getaway and family time and its our second time here and we will hopefully get more times like this here.

The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped. The fire is so cosy and Emma left me lots of logs to use. The house is very clean and great comfy beds! The host was very accommodating when I needed to change my booking due to a cancelled flight.

“Just like a wee chocolate box wrapped in nature”

Bramble cottage was lovely and well presented, surrounded by hills and sheep and cows and horses. The snow came in and it was like a wonderland. It's an hour from Aberdeen. The house is small but for us it was cosy with some nice touches like the toiletries. The fire was amazing and was so cosy, the kitchen living room is open plan but the heat flowed through. The kitchen is well equipped. The cooker wasn't easy to work but Peter explained how to get it working. We didn't see it as a problem because we managed to get it up and running easily. The hot tub is a bonus although I only went in once but partner used it. Bring logs the fire will use them up fast but Peter kindly gave us some more as there was nowhere to buy any. The second bedroom wasn't made up but we didn't need it although Emma brought new bedding. It was extremely peaceful and I could have stayed longer. It's beautifully decorated but not cluttered. Bed was so comfy.
