“Incredible rafting experience booked through the hostel, clean room & friendly staff.”
A very authentic area just outside of Turrialba. We enjoyed visiting the 2 local bars where the food & drinks were cheap & satisfactory. All staff were very friendly & we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is really nice and clean in a very quiet place, the breakfast is simple but ok, however the rafting activity was not at all what we could have expected, they do not select the participants (you are supposed to be in shape to do 5hours of rafting) and they prefer to fill the boat with a maximum of people even when the river is very low. To compensate the inactivity of the person whom randomly decided to Maybe we were not lucky for the day but we didn’t enjoy it that much.

“Perfect stopover”
Fantastic host. He had amazing English to make up for our mediocre Spanish. Rooms are basic but perfect for us as a stopover. Kids loved the hammock seats. Great breakfast.

it’s a bit outside of the city center and it’s a more quiet and very beautiful, lovely place, run by a local family☺️ the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. there two beautiful terraces with hammocks to enjoy the view on the volcano of turrialba. it’s a great place to rest and to get to know turrialba and Santa Rosa ☺️
