All around just a great hotel! Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. Room was very modern and whole interior of the hotel was beautiful. Also big bonus for the breakfast!! It was delicious and since there were few separate areas to eat in it was quiet and lovely to spend time in the morning. ;)

Exceptional reception staff. Large room, comfortable beds, great shower. Good linen and towels. Spotlessly clean. Newly decorated, very colourful! Very good breakfast, dishes filled up promptly. A convenient bus ride from the ferry terminal.

“Excellent”
So the location and rooms itself are superb, but what really made our stay was the people who work there. Helem made us feel like we were coming home to a friend, so kind & helpful! Everyone, from the cleaning lady to the restaurant is so incredibly friendly, but not overwhelming (like in the usa). Then on top of that the food (breakfast and dinner) is excellent. I can not recommend it enough.

Great location. NB if you’re doing the local parkrun it’s an easy 15 min walk (but check you know the route the day before!). Very comfortable room and fab room. Great breakfast.

We really liked the ambience and room décor, it had a lot of character while still being very clean and comfortable. The bed was great, and we appreciated the nice selection of pillows. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, by far the best pancakes my partner and I have ever had! This will definitely be our top pick the next time we visit Turku.
