“Old, dirty, smelly, gross!”

This is not a 4* hotel as adveritsed. It is a tired, dirty rundown relic from the 70s. The rooms are tiny, old and tired looking. The breakfast buffet is just a zoo at feeding time and the food is dismal. The walls are paper thin, there are screaming children running amock. All in all this was not just dissapointing, this was borderline disgusting! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

“Wildly overpriced”

I had an errand to attend to in Turku and this was the closest hotel. I got a great deal from Booking.com that was about half the normal rate. Breakfast was included and it was an above expectations buffet. The view from my room on the cemetery was really nice.

I like visiting this spa hotel kinda off-season (beginning of May), when it's not full. The breakfast has improved since two years ago, and the beds were really nice, soft but still firm enough not to sag.

It's very convenient. Not in town, but easy to get to, has all facilities required. It is tidy and relatively quiet.

A little worn out in a quite symphatetic way. Really shows you what was the Finnish idea of good life during the great depression of the 90’s. A very, very good Chinese restaurant (Aura Yangtze) 10 min. away by walk for weekday lunch. Friendly staff, good price.

Friendly staff, the room was warm and the beds were comfortable. Towels and bathrobes could be taken from the hotel :) Nice that there are R-kioski,hesburger and 2 other places where can eat. For small kids swimming pool was nice. Our 4 years old liked it. 👍 I liked outdoor warm swimming pool-outside winter,snow is snowing and you are in swimming pool! 😌

I noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed properly, as there were still hairs from previous guests on them. The staff attempted to change the sheets multiple times, but each set seemed to be just as dirty. It was disappointing to hear comments from the staff indicating that the sheets were still not clean. But I do appreciated the good quality of the other facilities.

Waterplay area and sauna were nice and relaxing. Good public transport outside the hotel.

The pool and sauna facilities are quite nice. I like it that they now allow bathing suits in the sauna. Our room (Queen Superior Family with Superpark View) was quite large with adequate storage space for a one night stay (after combining some extra pillows and blankets onto two of the shelves). There was a small couch and a couple armchairs. The television got basic Finnish stations that had some English programs, but no English news channel. There was a large tub / shower combination but not used as we used showers in the pool shower room area. There was no time limit in the pool area, not even for our guests who didn't stay the night. We ate in the O'Leary restaurant in the hotel complex - good food but a bit expensive and surrounded by TV screens showing hockey games. Hotel guests are still allowed to use the pool for free even after check-out and there is a luggage room where you can store your luggage for that. Very good buffet breakfast 7-10.00 (Saturday morning)
