Convenient and quite peaceful location, with a grocery store and a park nearby. Clean. Fridge, microwave, shower, desk available. Air conditioning seemed to work. Curtains blocked sunlight well.

Very friendly service! The staff was kind and understanding. Quiet and peaceful - good for sleep. A central location and a simple and clean room. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in my room and because of the staff. The room had a sink, mirror and a drawer, chair and a small TV - everything you need. The toilet and shower were clean. Good price for this safety!

Nothing except the location was close to city center.

I travel a lot and have visited 73 countries around the world. I often stay in hostels or hotels. And this was the first time that in a hotel you have to pay for leaving a backpack. I have a backpack of 8 kg, I needed to leave it for 1 hour and they wanted 3€ for it. Over 15 years of traveling, I once lived in a cheap hostel in Lisbon where you had to pay 2€ if you wanted to leave your backpack in a safe place for half a day or more + there was an alternative to leave it for free without guarantees of safety. As I wrote, that hostel was cheap but this one is expensive. Bed in dormitory room 65€ per night! And they behave like a low-cost airline😂 1 small backpack, only 1 hour (I had free time before the train) and... 3€! Also wifi is bad. In my room I couldn’t get Wi-Fi, and in other places with a better signal, sites didn’t open or loading took a very long time.

The bed was made and had a good mattress. A lot was provided like a little fridge in the room, tv, vent (against heat), little sink in the room. There were som other things we could use like a water boiler and such so that was nice.

The location was good. The room was ok. Good language skills

It is a hostel, my expectations were in line with this. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff was polite. Every information needed was available. The city center is close, as well as all transportation means and there are grocery stores nearby.

Very fast communication. Hotel in great location close to trainstation. I had a special request for late check in and staff arranged everything without any problems.
