Location was just good enough. Not in the very center of Turku, but quite close to almost everywhere. Grocery shop and basic service nearby.

There was dust everywhere; the table was covered in crumbs and filthy. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned for ages – that’s terrible for Finland. I’ve never seen anything like it here before.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at these apartments in Turku. The condition of the room upon arrival was shocking — it was obvious that it had not been cleaned at all before my check-in. The bathroom was in terrible condition: dirty, with visible residue and traces from previous guests. The entire room was covered in hair, which is absolutely unacceptable. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done. The kitchen area was no better: there were dirty dishes left in the sink, and the refrigerator contained leftover food from previous guests, including expired items. It felt as if the apartment had not been prepared at all for new occupants. I have photo evidence of everything described above and can provide it if necessary. Such treatment of guests is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied and strongly do not recommend these apartments to other travelers. Given the situation, I believe it is appropriate to request compensation for the moral distress and for the fact that the accommodation did not meet even basic standards. I expect a response and a resolution to this issue.

Unfortunately the apartment probably has not been cleaned in weeks. Loaded dishwasher and washing machine, old food left on the stove, used blankets in the bed and on the couch. I found a note from a person who slept there the night before me saying that the mess was already there when they arrived, so who knows how long the apartment hasnť been cleaned. In the evening the host came and said if everything's okay. After I told them that there was mess left by previous guests, they told me to find clean bedsheets and that there is a cleaning bucket if I need. I felt really uncomfortable.

The apartment was acceptable in comfort and position. Nothing outstanding, but comfy enough for a short stay - which was my case (I stayed for one night only).

Flat was covered with months old dust rolls. Bed linen were not changed, dishwasher full of dirty dishes, floors covered with dust and other dirt. Curtains were half hanging, kitchen cupboard broken, couch pillow broken. The host said he was not motivated to clean because he had made a pricing error. Awful experience, this should not be allowed if someone reserves the flat via booking.

Overall, the apartment had everything needed for the stay. The bed was soft, it was warm, and generally quite cozy. It was easy to access the apartment independently. Nice area outside.

Location is great and check in was easy; I received all the instructions on time. The kitchen is fully furnished even though it was poorly cleaned. The big TV is great

Very unprofessional owner. Did not clean the apartment in time for our arrival. Informed us of this an hour before our arrival (we had to call him to get any information). In the end we got a different room, which wasn't cleaned all the way either. The location and the room itself were good.

Location is good. Really near the harbor.

The accommodation was supposed to be available from 3 p.m. We got the keys at 5.45 p.m. The flat should be for 3 people max. We were 5 and one person had nowhere to sleep. The cleanliness was not satisfactory either.
