Pool very spacious, nice suite 528, good terace for breakfast. Nice staff at reception and during breakfast. Newby tea for breakfast is extraordinary.

Excellent spa! Very good service in the main restaurant, the Irish restaurant, and the bar. Great and healthy breakfast! Professional attitude from the moment you enter to the moment you leave the hotel. Very clean and quiet. The city of Turkistan is full of ancient monuments, just a 5-minute taxi ride away. A modern airport with convenient flights from Astana, Almaty, and other cities. And in the city, we found places with good service and a nice attitude towards visitors. Thank you, Rixos, we had wonderful days and will definitely be back. With respect for the work of the Rixos team, Stefan, Moldova.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable especially I would like to thank Leila (Shift leader) and Kumush (receptionist) for their help. Also we would like to recognize the personnel from restaurant at breakfast and at Irish pub ( Erbol, Rysty,Sabina, Serik and many others) for their hard work, it made our stay very pleasant.

Good hotel, very clean, neat, great food. I prefer outdoor pools but do understand how hot it can get in Turkistan.

“High-Quality Design and a Perfect Stay for Families”
We had a very comfortable experience and felt truly relaxed as a family. The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

Everything was perfect. The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.
