Everything was excellent, free tickets to the Flying theater, baggy to ride at the territory of the hotel, very nice restaurants and all guys at reception were so helpful and attentive!👍

Communication in English from your end could have been improved to some extent so that foreigners like us can express our needs and expectations properly ..... Save and except this, everything is quite fine from your end...

Very luxurious hotel in Türkistan. Access to the spa area is included. Room is unbelievable spacious. We had everything we wanted.

The room was large, with a spacious bed, two sitting areas and a desk. The balcony was nice, with a superb view of the nightly spectacle in the 'harbour'. Recommended!

The balcony and its view of the harbour, and especially the fountain show. The Flying Theatre show was excellent. Breakfast was a relaxed affair with beautiful food. Dinner was delicious and the staff were very helpful and patient.

I loved everything. I would go back a thousand times. The hotel is huge, with excellent facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and service. The spa is also sensational. We stayed for one night, and when we saw how excellent the hotel was, we booked another night through the front desk. Perfect location. Incredible view from the room. Don't miss the opportunity to go to the Flying theater.

“The best hotel in Kazakhstan?”

I rarely stayed in any hotel with such a great value for money. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.

It's a tourist attraction in itself. The flying theatre is the best I have ever seen. Even better than the one in Amsterdam. We visited the Moseleum of Khwaja Ahmed Yasavi which was at 10 mins walk. We were also lucky to visit the Moseleum of Sahaba Arystanbab which was a 1 hour drive from the hotel. You will need to book a tour guide to go and come back. Very spacious room and very clean rooms and facilities. Polite staff. Really loved the overall experience.

Extremely comfortable - we received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe duplex. The hotel had unique C abd interesting features. The location was excellent.

Amazing hotel, very modern and very well-decorated. My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!
