Great location, walking distance from the main sites. Really friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Breakfast was okay but all in all for this price a really good deal!

Big room. Lots of space. Comfortable bed. Kinda kinky with a wall of mirror tiles. But whatever. Location was ok. Not far from the sights of Turkestan.

“Wouldn’t come back”
I think the location was really good. You’re so close to the main attractions it only takes a few minutes. The bed was also really comfortable for me. I slept very well once everything was working.

Staff speaks multiple languages. They were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Rooms are large and beautiful with high ceilings. Location is convenient for easy walking to attraction areas. The rooms are dark.at night which is important for good sleep.

What an excellent hotel and what an excellent manager! Rooms were spotless, breakfast was more than satisfying and the service was more than I was expecting. Hamed did everything, from my day trip to Sauran to the booking of my shared taxi to Symkent. Overall a reassuring experience!
