The staff was exceptional. They really go above and beyond. There’s lots of pleasant common spaces. If you want a quiet sleep, ask in advance for an interior room

Charming, simple room in a residential part of the city, close to transport. Very clean, good communal faculties and lovely staff. Ability to control the temperature in the room yourself. Very quiet room over courtyard (view of neighbours washing lines but worth it for the quiet :))) Plenty of local restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

The staff kindly let me check in in the early morning, and upgrade my dorm room to a nice and clean single room!

I was upgraded to a private room so that was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful and I could store my luggage after check out. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The room was excellent. It was shared with others but there was lot of room and you had a regular bed instead of bunk beds. One bathroom for the room with a large shower. The lockers were great and there were even shelves where you could place your clothes and hangers to hang shirts and jackets. The area is also filled with good restaurants for lunch or for dinne. It easily accessible by bus to the train station (Porta Nuova) or you can walk (about 10-15min)

Was able to organise online check in before arrival to be able to access the property and room, as I was arriving late and leaving early. Staff contacted me to check arrangements. Room was clean and spacious.

“Great place to stay for a weekend getaway”

The location is great, close to the Porta Nuova Train station. The place is nice and the common area is a great place to meet people. You can play table tennis, foosball or chat on the couches. There is a kitchen area to cook if you want to and then upstairs there is also a garden area and another area to sit and chill (with free water). The room was great and there was lots of room. They even let you leave your luggage locked up, at no cost, which is great.

The hosts, Sabrina and Alison, were always super helpful, kind and welcoming. The place is nice and warm, not over-decorated and spacious everywhere. Beds are comfortable, not noisy, and linen and towels new enough.

My accommodation in 4 bedroom room was very nice. The room was clean, towels and sheets was included in price and the staff was very kind. Moreover, they offer free service for luggage room after check out(in case you need).

Lovely twin room with a great bathroom. Nicely renovated building with everything you could need including a kitchen and shared spaces to meet other travellers. Also a very good breakfast.

Strong bad smell from drain pipes, no TV set, safe not functioning, towels not replaced, linen was never made up in 3 nights.
