The apartment was very clean, spacious (we had reserved one bedroom and got 2) and chic. Also, steps away from a very good underground parking lot. The location is perfect, cafés and restaurants and museums, right around the corner. Also the check-in was easy.

Perfect location in a lovely square. We were a little disappointed with our room at first, as we'd expected two beds and cooking facilities, but we'd apparently booked the one room that had neither. This was rectified the following day by Martina who was most helpful and provided great customer service. The second night was a real treat

The location was excellent, right by the piazza, with two big doors that opened onto a balcony with a little table and chair looking over the surrounding buildings. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed — a TV, table and chairs, plus plenty of tea and coffee. It was quiet at night, and the elevator made getting to the room easy.
