Open011 is located a 5-minute walk from Turin's Dora Train Station, with direct links to Caselle Airport. The hostel offers functional rooms and free street parking. “an inexpensive, noisy hostel, but not a hotel”
I travel a lot and rarely give low ratings for my stays, but this is one rare occasion where I gave a 4 star solely for the cleanliness of the room, clean beds, and clean linens. The most important things about a hotel are cleanliness, quiet, and delicious food. We were placed on the first floor with windows facing the roadway, and the whole night felt like I was sleeping on a highway. The traffic noise was so loud that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Instead of resting, my mother and I had a completely sleepless night and were incredibly tired.

“Very good”
Nice stay here. A really huge room, very clean (like the whole place) and calm. Good and simple free breakfast. It has the feeling of places I've been to in other cities partially managed by the municipality, mainly in order to accomodate young people that come to a city for some cultural exchange, sports, convention, something of the sort. The place is located in what seems like the typical working class neighbourhood with much recent extra-european immigration, but feels calm (no "French" feeling...)

The place was well maintained and breakfast was good, but really really expensive and not worth the money. Access to the place by public transport is limited, especially in the night. Room was spacious enough.

“A very bad experience”
I was told to sleep in a double bed and the bed was completely broken. I wanted to change it but the receptionist asked me for an additional fee. The bathroom was not clean and there were no soap or essential items. I never recommend it.
