Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and kind, and the little gestures towards guests made all the difference. In addition to complimentary coffee and water, we were delighted to find a chocolate waiting for us as a good-night treat. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the workspace was particularly well designed, making it easy to work in comfort if needed. As we had a very early flight the next morning, we were unable to enjoy the regular breakfast service. However, the hotel had thoughtfully considered guests in the same situation. From 5:00 a.m., their beautiful enclosed garden offered coffee, tea, fresh fruit, light snacks, and pastries – a small but greatly appreciated touch before an early departure.

Breakfast is literally the best in Torino - we are in Torino ten times a year and have done most hotels in the city centre - Carlina is top notch. Prices sometimes a bit high but also quality place. The fee for dogs is only negative point. We often come with two dogs for several days and a daily fee per dog is charged, even if we bring everything, beds, bowls etc. A check out cleaning fee would be more appropriate and commensurate with hotels actual work.

A very good hotel in a location near to all the popular tourist sights. The room was very clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The choice at breakfast was really excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly willing to serve guests needs.

Location was perfect, everything was in a walking distance, lots of restaurants and landmarks few steps away. Breakfast variety was great, room was with the view to the Piazza Carlina and on our floor was terrace with the great view to Mole Antonelliana. By the way, it was a very nice touch to receive a surprise bday cupcake on the day of my fiance's birthday!

Fourth or fifth stay in 2 years; amongst the good hotels in central Turin, the only one in a carefully restored 18th century palace, with a splendid courtyard. On beautiful and central Piazza Carlina, which is fairly quiet at night, so ideally, take a room with a balcony on the front. Rooms are large and tastefully furnished, excellent beds. The breakfast is very good in, again, beautiful settings. Personnel is attentive and professional. The garage is serviced. Comfortable cocktail bar; many good restaurants nearby.
