The stuff were really friendly and nice people, they informed me thoroughly about everything I needed, and they also let me leave my luggage during the day and kept it safely. They were always accessible for anything I needed. I appreciate their communication and kindness. The room was pretty big and sparkling clean with private bathroom, and they had kettle and fridge which was important. Amazing!

A wonderful, welcoming place, close to the train station( 10 minutes walk) and bus station(30 minutes walk), but on a quiet street. A comfortable and clean room with crisp linens and towels. Helpful staff who told me and showed on a map what to visit and where to dine.

Great location and a very traditional Italian hotel. The front door is hard to find, but the owner met us on the street and directed us.

I had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Elena. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The value for money was excellent. The positive about the location is that it is very close to the station, and it is an easy walk (a few minutes) to the beautiful city centre and all the attractions. Despite the central location, there was no traffic noise at all.

Hotel Elena is 2 apartments on the first floor of an older house converted into individual rooms. My room had no heating or air conditioning and it was very cold in October. The reception was represented by a gentleman with a bit of a strange demeanor.

Room was plainly furnished but had everything you would expect and was absolutely spotless. The balcony overlooked a fairly quiet street.

Clean, smoke free, and perfect cozy place for a short stay. Location is good and safe area. I had a great pizza across the street. Grocery near by and easy access to the train station and storic area of Turin.

Very clean and spacious room. Very close to the train station. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything we need was available in the room except slippers. If I come to Torino again, I would prefer to stay here. Thank you.
