The big problem was communicating with the hotel staff because they don't speak English. The hotel employees also seem like they don't care about what they're doing, which affects the service. The food is very poor and there's not much choice. The kettle in the bathroom barely worked. The hotel location and pool are excellent.

The room, forget about resting during my stay I was constantly disturbed. the do not disturb button does not work either, had workers wanting to come in and fix a soap holder in the shower when I said I don’t want to be disturbed. the buffet is on another level to the eating area and when you go to go and get more food and come back your table is taken by somebody else and cleaned. I did not enjoy my 5 night stay at this property at all

“Very dirty hotel, I would not stay again”

The staff were friendly, the hotel was in a peaceful location. The all inclusive drink selection was good, no queues and quick drink service. The massage treatment was good (additional charge), the sauna and turkish hammam were clean. The pool was clean and well maintained, I also like the outdoor seating at dinner.

I loved every minute of my stay here in the hotel. The staff were lovely, the food was nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back to this place.

I enjoyed my stay, everything was great. The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly specially and Ihan; the lady who is in charge of the rooms on the 3rd floor, and Liman. And the two guys in charge of the live cooking! This hotel made our vacarion extra special, its very simple yet very generous and comfortable. The food was good, but I believe it could be better!

“DragutPoint South Hotel - the place I want to be”

Everything, what can I say? Helpful and friendly stuff starting from the reception, great coordinating by the chef from guest relations, she's nice, polite and well prepared for her job, I think her name is Lemon. She was opened to suggestions from everybody and she was in a permanent contact with the hotel guests. She supported us and accepted to help my wife and friends to organize my birthday. There was a big surprise for me and I must to thank for all, thanks also to Mr. Khan- chief in the serving area who was beiond expectations, good, polite, well prepared and great language communicator, thumbs up. Both are the two of the best assets from Dragut Point South.

“"All inclusive" joke”

The meal ends 20 minutes after the opening of the meal program !!!!! The answer I received was "it's over". Did we pay less than those who came to the table first ??? I do not recommend !!!!
