Location could be beautiful however the hotel and surrounding area is in poor disarray with litter and unfinished building works all around and the smell in the part of the hotel we were at was terrible as it was human sewage … this is classed as a five star hotel The hotel is obviously in disrepair and has had no money spent on it for many years The cleanliness is extremely bad I had to tell the cleaners what to do and even clean alongside them and pay them handsomely each time so it made the three week stay comfortable. Not only that I got food and blood poisoning and was admitted to hospital the day before my 50th birthday the whole holiday was just simply terrible as I was I’ll for the duration …. The man at reception was simply a man with a attitude that staff members came up to myself and commented on his poor behaviour … The hotel is over run with stray cats and dogs which in all fairness very sad and was quite traumatic to see such issues …. I am very new to “booking.com” however this was my 50th Birthday celebration and trusted your site to give a good reflection on the resort … The pictures that are placed on the resort are old and fresh … i have many pictures of this hotel and if you were to truly see what is physically there you would remove the hotel from your website. . I understand I spent a £1000.00p a week for a all inclusive 3 week Trip ! However after four half weeks of me being ill and admitted in hospital it has been a very costly over £6000.00p and disappointing 50th Celebration. Worst trip of my life and very costly unfortunately. .
