“A perfect countryside escape”
An absolute little idyll. Olive trees, a beautiful pool, and perfectly kept surroundings that slow everything down. The owners are warm and welcoming, and everything is spotless. It’s the kind of place where you truly relax and enjoy the moment. A perfect base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria, yet quiet enough to feel completely removed from it all. We’d return without hesitation.

Very nice location. Two buildings - a new one and old one accomodated for apartments - situated in the olive garden. A convinient well maintained swimming pool. Spacy apartments. The host is nearby every day if any help is needed. Definetely a place to be recommended for anyone who is looking for a releaxing and comfortable stay.

“Peaceful spot to discover Umbria”
Really nice and clean apartment, which provided us privacy, an amazing view to the lake in a distance and the best sunsets during our trip. Andrea was super kind and helpful, always available to answer questions. Bonus points: we loved the cat-company :)
