The hotel and the room is beautiful, elegant, super clean and excellent breakfast and room service restaurants also near to the airport. What impressed me was the way the management, especially the hotel manager and the restaurant manager, treated me with such sincerity and honesty. There was an error in the room service bill for food always keep the receipt , and the required amount was refunded promptly and accurately. Definitely, I will come back again.

“Overdid my expectations, amazing team”

I am an extremely frequent traveler and have stayed in many luxury resorts and high-end hotels around the world, so my standards are very high. The Mora Sahara Tozeur truly exceeded them in every way. Arrival and check-in were seamless and efficient — no long waiting, and everything was clearly explained with great attention to detail. The room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Breakfast was outstanding. The chef took the time to speak with guests personally, and everything I ordered — even off-menu — was prepared exactly as requested and delivered promptly. The spa experience was one of the best I’ve ever had, especially the hammam treatment, which was incredibly thorough and included several masks not normally offered elsewhere. I also booked a tour at short notice, and within 30 minutes everything was perfectly arranged with an excellent English-speaking guide. At checkout, I was running late and had extra luggage. Nizar Saidi, the Guest Experience Manager, resolved everything effortlessly — including extra luggage without an additional charge — which truly reflected the hotel’s high service level. Overall, it was an exceptional stay with outstanding service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

“Relaxed but amazing!”

Me and my partner had come to Tunisia for a holiday and as it was our honeymoon the staff at Royal ASBU were absolutely amazing. I had told the team to decorate the room as a surprise to my wife. The team did an exceptional job decorating and made my wife extremely happy. Also I have to say the breakfast at hotel was lovely, loads to choose from. My wife also had a massage done here before our flight back to UK, she said it was definitely worth it and ladies there were very nice and approachable which made her feel relaxed before getting the massage. Also for anyone who loves Shisha - the shisha at the hotel is amazing!

Relaxed atmosphere hotel. Nice lobby with plenty of cosy. Close to the airport. Nice evening buffet dinner. Receptionist ordered me an 'uber' taxi. This is best as you know the cost in advance (10 dinar). You can pay at all hotels with credit card but for most other travel costs you will need cash money preferably dinars. You find cash offices at all airports. Driving a rental car in Tunisia can be an adventure. Eye contact is important at all times before proceeding. There is one motorway toll gate between Tunis and Hammamet (1,5 dinar). Tunisia has a more relaxed atmosphere in comparison with other North African countries.

perfect Hotel... inside elegant and very clean all the staff is very friendly and the food is tasty!!! Rom is very comfortable and in the Hotel you find a very nice Gym. The position is strategic because it's close to the Airpot.
