The family of owners, who went out of their way at every turn to make us feel welcome & comfortable. They did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed an amazing stay in Tunis & immediately came to our aid no matter how minor our need. The location is in easy walking distance to the Medina & all its attractions. The heated pool is fabulous & bedrooms really comfortable. The authenticity of the house, its decor & location make staying there a reality special experience that we’ll always remember with great fondness & gratitude.

“Absolute gem with highlight of a private pool”

This is an absolute gem to stay in Tunis. 1000% recommended- absolutely loved everything about the place. It’s a very clean and traditional Tunisian town house. The highlight is the warm pool which is all yours for the stay. The water is warm enough even when it gets chilly in the evenings. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The owner‘s uncle picked us up from the airport and at the house we were also greeted by the owner’s mother, the two even gave us a little tour around the house to show us places to eat, supermarkets, ATMs etc.. Throughout the whole stay they were very super responsive and hospitable beyond expectations. We felt very welcome! If you’re thinking about booking- just do so, you won’t regret!

“A re-visit !”

The property location was great in city centre near the markets, souks , shops, restaurants and cabs. Really easy to navigate. The house it self is really beautiful , true to pictures the architecture is honestly amazing . Everything was clean and comfortable. Great amenities too . The host and her family were absolutely amazing , kind , friendly , accommodating and responsive . Any questions we had were answered right away. We even had a late arrival and was offered to have food picked up for us which was one of the many things we greatly appreciated. They also offered day trips at a much cheaper and affordable price in comparison to the expensive travel agency’s so we were able to get a lot done at a much more reasonable price . Overall we had one of the best stays and will definitely have to come back to Tunis again could thank them enough .

“Wonderful place in the middle of Tunis”

Very nice and cosy place, in the middle of the old town in Tunis, just the place to get the feel of the real Tunisian lifestyle. The pool was a refreshing treat in the heat of the summer. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had a great stay.

The house is amazing. Having a private pool right outside the room is priceless, expecially when its quite hot outside. The houst was really nice to us and provided help for transportation. There was the possibility of ordering dinner, and the food was fresh and high quality. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay

The place was spotlessly clean, an oasis in big Tunis. The pool was so refreshing after a hot summer day walking out in the city, and the perfect temperature. Every single detail was thought of. It was incredibly quiet; we had everything we needed, and more. It was so peaceful, we spent more time just enjoying the place than we expected, usually we're out and about exploring most of the time. The hosts (mom Raja and son Youssef) are amazing, very thoughtful; Youssef met us at the airport off our delayed 1am flight and was very patient and kind, and timely. Raja and Youssef also met us at the end of the trip, and Youssef took us to the airport to get our rental car - he even parked and walked all the way to the car place with us. Incredible people and place. One of the best places we've ever stayed.

Raja and her son, Youssef, were incredibly accommodating. The apartment was in immaculate condition. On our first night, we had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal from a local restaurant recommended by Raja, which was delivered right to our door. Raja even arranged for Youssef to drive us to three different cities. We had the luxury of enjoying the pool, ensuite bathrooms, and relaxing on the beautiful swinging chairs while sipping on Arabic coffee. Raja is multilingual, fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and she has a great sense of humour. She’s also very responsive to calls and texts.

“Lovely property in a very non-tourist area”

A beautiful property with three bedrooms arranged round a courtyard with a wonderful hot water pool. The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining seating area was adequate, albeit the table a bit low for eating on. Host Raja was extremely friendly and helpful, and arranged for restaurant food to be delivered to the property in the evening. She also undertook a quick guided tour of the local area on arrival, and regularly messaged to check that everything was OK. This property provides you with an opportunity to stay in an Arabic-style home mixing with regular Tunisians if you prefer this style of travel to being exclusively around tourists.

An amazing place to stay, right in the middle of the action, the rooms are spacious and airy and everything was spotless. The hosts were very communicative and picked us up on arrival as it's not the easiest place to find. There was bonus fruit in the fridge and they even offered to cook a meal one night if required. The pool in the courtyard was especially welcome after a hot trip outside exploring the city. Cannot fault any part of this place.

Mrs. Raja was really trustable. She replied our question immediately and was always very helpful. Our dauther became sick and she helped us really with passion. The accomodation is really fantastic...! The location was also very near to the market, Medina and everything. I really can recommend this place and dream to stay there again.
