At first, I was surprised by some of the negative reviews, but after staying here I can honestly say that the apartment is very clean inside and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the internet service is very good. The location is excellent, right in the city center, just a few steps away from shops, cafés, and all essential services. For the price, it is truly great value for money.

Nice experience sleeping here...nice viby district downstairs...easy way to join everything by walk...bookshop in front of....central indoor market in 6 Min, train station in 5, souk in 10 Min... Achref the manager very kind and flexible!

I stayed at Hotel Africa before, and honestly the rooms there are very old inside and not renovated. This apartment was a much better experience: spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was in good condition, and the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

The apartment is right in the heart of the capital, in the so-called Tunisian Champs-Élysées, and from there you can easily reach any other place in the country. I think it’s really the best option, especially if you don’t have a car to get around. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The owner is professional and always willing to help with anything.

The house was clean i didnt need nothing from out side i loved the view thé bed was clean witch IS somthing rare to find the kitchen was perfect to Cook and the toilet was clean witch all his cleaning supplies
