Exceptionally clean with a sharp eye to detail. Caring extras, chocolates on the pillow and ceiling fans switched on to cool the cottage before our arrival. Strong, hot shower and a comfortable bed. Outside sitting area under the bottle brush was an added bonus.

“Fabulous!”
This property delighted from the minute we walked in the door. Recently renovated, beautifully presented, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Studio 69 is a well appointed, spacious house with a comfy bed, good quality bed-linen and towels, excellent shower and everything you need for a short stay. It has a lovely ambiance and feels like a home away from home. Set back from the road it also has a large back garden and is an easy walk to the shops and cafes. We loved staying here.

Studio 69 on Capper was a great find. Fantastic one bedroom house with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Nicely appointed. Great walks in the parks along the Tumut River. Also easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

It was very well presented upon entry. Bed was very comfortable , all the aesthetic was spot on ,and all facilities worked well , for the most part. All kitchen appliances worked perfectly and the bowls, dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils were very carefully presented and stored in different areas The place also felt very private and welcoming, everything that you would ever need is provided.
