“Serene stay on the River”
We loved this magical place. It was so peaceful sitting by the river. No mosquitoes (October). The shops were a bit far for us (we are oldies) so the lovely owners went and got food for us and we had the best Malaysian food on the deck by the river, watching the sun go down. It was one of the best nights of our whole month away in SE Asia. Very quiet and serene after days of crowds and noise. We arranged a taxi for the next day to take us to the border into Thailand.

“Great Escapes!”
Very nice scenery. Location quite far from centre of Pengkalan Kubor town so we Can have so much of privacy here. Hospitality and facilities are beyond than my expectations. Kudos to the staff. Always smiling and helping when needed.

Very peaceful. The cleaniness are exceptional. Exceed my expectation. Staff very helpful and kindness. Houskeeping service are excellent. Nearby to Tumpat Duty Free shopping point. Plenty of attractive and outstanding local cuisine and street food. Nice fishing spot until you can cast you fishing line from the chalet 🤣🤣🤣

“Lovely place to stay”
Lovely big room decorated nicely and very fresh. Loved the light in the morning and the light bricks, made the room amazing. Lots of space. Beautiful location. Good communication before arrival from owner to make sure we got a room that suited us.

Affordable stay. Stunning view. Near Pengkalan Kubor duty free shopping area (about 5 minutes drive if clear traffic). Recommended for 'kaki pancing' (book room facing river, the river just front/beside your room).

we only can book for garden view room from the booking site but the owner allow us to change to riverside room at no additional cost. A cozy and relaxing place to stay in, walking distance to local eateries, friendly staff and people around, helpful and harmony.
