“It was a good stay at a dependable and clean hotel.”
Rooms and toilets were very clean. Toiletries were L'Occitane. They also provided hard and soft pillows on each bed. Free water and ice was available on the same floor.

“Well worth the money”
Staff members were friendly. The room was spacious with beautiful view. The hotel didn’t feel too crowded. Pools were clean. Beautiful beach right on the doorstep. Premier lounge access was very handy.

“Shit terrible experience I wish I stayed at another hotel for the night before my wedding”
Called 5 times to get 2 towels delivers after several hours of waiting finally had to get upset and inform that my 2 kids are waiting to shower Couse we need towels finally after the 5th time of calling the towels were brought up but still took 30 mins from the time I hung up to the time it got to my door so very poor service and response.2 left my charger after checking out couse I had my wedding at the crystal chapel and no one turned in my charger check your cleaners Couse stuff is being pocketed from rooms when guest accidentally leave it behind very poor and no trust in your staff if they can’t even turn in a phone charge when cleaning a room.will never stay here again for the price.even the cheapest hotel I have stayed garden villa had better service and trust then yall

“Had the best time. Jim from the pool was brilliant - all the staff are friendly, helpful & welcoming”
Location and being on Gun Beach was fantastic. The heated toilet seats!! So much to do in the local area and it’s a short walk down to the strip where you’ll find loads of restaurants, bars and shopping. Was helpful having a large carpark, with free parking. The rooms are a great size, definitely get a room overlooking the beach and spend some time just watching out from your balcony.

“Layover in Guam”

“Very at home feel, especially because of the kind staff”
The property location is phenomenal, as it is pretty much a completely private beach away from all other hotels. Close to the parking lot for convenience. Free water dispensers on each floor are crucial, and very good.

“The perfect family getaway with stunning view of Tumon Bay!”
The view of Tumon Bay from the room balcony was stunning! Also, the snorkeling at the resort's beach was some of the best we have ever seen--and we have traveled all over Southeast Asia.
