I booked for the date and even mentioned I will avail the early check in and early checkout, and I went to the hotel physically. I was turned away because they said there was no more available room. With that it should have been understood that they will not charge me since I was turned away. But no!! I was still charged for a whole day. I asked for a refund since it was the hotel who did not accept me! But no!!! They said it's policy. This maybe a policy for the hotel but this kind of thing is a big loss for me. I didnt have a bad faith in not checking because I was there physically. I am a very disappointed customer. Please refund my money!
