“The staff was great, but that didn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and no bathroom amenities.”
The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The location was good too. Very quiet and dark in the room, which was great for me. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to store food and cook meals! So helpful!

The property is located in a good area and fenced off to keep away unwanted visitors. Rooms were kept clean and surpassed my expectations. The owner has a taxi service, so you will not have to go far if you want to travel somewhere.

“After 4 months of staying there. You'd think they would treat customers that patronize their place b”
Front desk staff inconsistent. One hand doesn't know what the other's doing. Twice my reservation was messed up. Called to check on my check out day prior to the date..,was informed check out is on Friday. Booked for check in on Saturday. Only for the staff to call me Thursday morning and inform me check out is Thursday, not Friday. Wow!!! Then the same front desk person who informed me and scheduled my upcoming booking, said that's not what she told me.😳

“Good for transit - may use again”
Used this hotel for transit. Booked basic room but had 4 beds/2 bathrooms. Too big for 1 person. However the room was clean and nice. Friendly staffs. Walking distance to small shops, and also KMart. Good value for transit passengers.

The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the beach. The room was spacious. Great staff. Free parking. Close to everything in Guam. Laundry was inexpensive. Overall pretty happy with the stay. Ok value for money.
