“Fabulous”
This hotel was incredible and one of our favourite stays. The space was insanely spacious and we had everything we could ever need including an oven. Air-con and fan was a dream and shower was amazing. The on site restaurant was so good we ate there twice. The location is good and wifi was great. The pool was amazing.

“Great room, excellent food on site very helpful staff.”
Our room was massive - we did get a free upgrade. The facilities were great in the room, there was a nice pool. The big pleasant surprise was the quality of the food in the on-site restaurant don't over look this option. Location was close to the main street which had some touristy shops and restaurants. Off street parking was easy to access at the front of the property. Definitely happy to stay here again.

“The hotel was great, but check about transfers”
The location worked well for us, and we liked the leafy courtyard feel, with a nice swimming pool. The staff were excellent, and very helpful trying to assist me retrieving a bag that KLM had left in Amsterdam sluggishly getting it to Cancun. Easy walk to a couple of excellent restaurants, and a choice of locals' or tourist breakfast cafes.

“Excellent trip in Tulum!”
Really friendly staff and it felt really secluded with all the plants and the pool. The location was great, easy to get to the Main Street for catching Collectivos and finding restaurants

“10/10 - best hotel in Tulum!”
We had the most glorious stay in this hotel. Cannot fault a thing. Ignore any reviews with any negative rating - they definitely are being fussy. Everything was 10/10 , perfect location, room was huge (we had a downstairs room with the outside bath), staff were helpful and we felt very welcomed.

“Friendly staff & very good food”
The swimming pool was very nice to relax and chill. The staff from the hotel were so kind and friendly. Also the food from the hotel was amazing! Normally we go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but every meal was perfect.

“Amazingly relaxing”
Everything about this hotel was amazing. It’s a little oasis. It is on quite a busy road but it’s didn’t bother us inside. We had one of the rooms with private teraace and it’s own private pool. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Hotel staff we really helpful.

“Perfect stay for your holiday in Tulum”
I have stayed at this hotel approx 6 times over the years and will positively return again . I like the proximity to the ADO Bus, walkable to the center and easy to cycle to the beach . It’s cosy and the rooms are big with terrace / balcony & kitchenette. There are organic toiletries, lots of towels and hot water ( which isn’t always a norm in Mexico). The garden has grown a bit out of proportion but it’s very nice by the pool. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It’s like a home from home. Previously there was an Italian restaurant on site , now it’s a sushi restaurant in the evening and Mexican in the morning. A short walk behind the hotel there are plenty of restaurants & art walk in the jungle .
