Nice apartment in Tulum. It is not too central, so is a bit of a walk to get to everywhere but it means that the roads are also possible to park on. Everything is really nicely designed, comfortable and has been well thought through. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I were in Tulum

The personnel are very responsive and helpful. I like that they give towels for the pool. The location is very central in Tulum, so it is very easy to go around.

Superb rooms, friendly staff, great location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the rooms were very spacious and well-provisioned, and exceptionally clean. Pool area was lovely with great views over the city.

Good location, very clean studio. You’ll have sufficient items in the kitchen, not more than sufficient though, sound insulation is also good. You don’t hear the noise outside that much. I would certainly stay here again.

All was perfect! The room is very well designed , there is all you need for a short stay. Very clean and comfortable. There is an also a swimming pool at the top floor and you can rent bicycle. 5 minute walk from nice bar and restaurant. a great spot to stay in town.

Very well designed property. 5 minutes walk from restaurant and bars. The studio we stayed was spacious full of light all the essential in the kitchen, we also had a balcony. Very clean,perfect if you want to stay in town. We loved it!

The location is excellent if you want to stay in Tulum town (not the beach area) — we could walk to most central restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, nice, and spacious, with a big fridge and a stovetop. The beds were also perfectly fine. We’ve been travelling around Mexico for a month and stayed in several places, and this was the only one where we truly felt the price was fair and that we weren’t overpaying. The host was very kind and shared great recommendations. They also provided beach towels, and there’s an option to rent bicycles and use a laundry service for an extra fee. We were also able to leave our luggage for a couple of hours in the cleaning/storage area after checkout, which was very helpful. We would recommend this place to friends and would happily stay here again.

We only stayed one night, the room was perfect for what we wanted. The location is fantastic for the ADO and the main street with restaurants and shops. The host was so accommodating and really quick at replying on booking.com - we felt very cared for. We spent some time on the rooftop and it’s a little oasis gem in Tulum.

“Perfect spot to explore Tulum”

This was the perfect little spot to stay and explore Tulum - it was a great location downtown near loads of restaurant and bars, clean, comfortable bed and nice clean pool on the roof to relax on. The staff were really friendly, we rented the bikes which was a nice touch.
