We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend, and we’re so glad we did. The owner responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. The entire hotel looks neat and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax by one of the pools. Our room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and a lovely balcony. There are lots of nice restaurants, bars, and bike rental spots within walking distance of the hotel. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

Fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, toast, and coffee were available for breakfast and allowed us to relax in the mornings. The location was great and there were many great local restaurants and food spots that were all in walking distance.

From the moment we arrived at Turquoise Hotel, we felt completely at home. It’s a charming little gem—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and full of character. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and Diego, the host, truly sets the bar high when it comes to hospitality. He made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The three pools and jacuzzi were the cherry on top! If you’re heading to Tulum, don’t miss out on this place.

The location is perfect—everything you need is close by, and it’s just a short walk to Pepe Tacos, which was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is stunning, with charming decor and a relaxed atmosphere. I especially loved the three swimming pools—plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. And to top it all off, there’s a friendly cat on the property that made the stay even more special. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect - near lots of great restaurants, cafes & bars all in walking distance. Hotel is cute and has a nice design with 3 swimming pools. Only 25 min walk from the coach station. I felt really safe as a solo female traveler staying here and the staff were lovely. You can not rent bikes from the hotel but across the entrance from the hotel is a lovely man called Hector who you can rent bikes, scooters & quads from. I cycled to the beach one day, it took about 45 minutes. Breakfast is a good selection with coffee, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals etc.

Beautiful, large room with comfortable beds, AC, a small refrigerator, a lovely deck and a good sized washroom with shower. 3 gorgeous pools! Attractive lobby and communal spaces. Friendly staff.

staff are really friendly, I like the breakfast (although it would be good to have longer than 8:30am-10am (but they didn't usually remove till much later). If you want to stay in La Valeta then this is a great area! Two nice clean swimming pools + ok facilities in room (mini fridge, air conditioning, safe (?), fast wifi.
